Mobile Virtual Network Operator

One flat monthly fee with NO hidden charges.

Use your own phone anywhere in the world.

NO roaming charges and NO long distance charges.

Providing cell phone service can be an extremely profitable business, but to build and own the underlying backbone for such service is extremely expensive. As a result of this, several layers of participants have arisen. The Mobile Network Operator (MNO), the Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO), the Mobile Virtual Network Aggregator (MVNA) and the Mobile Virtual Network Enabler (MVNE) are all now parts of the equation. This is best explained by this article (opens in new window). We suggest that you read the article before you continue with this page, as it will not only answer many of your questions, but also ensure that you understand our proposal. As indicated in that article, for an individual company to set themselves up as a MVNO, they would need a lot of money (think $1 million plus) and time. At the same time they would have to establish sales outlets over a wide geographic area for the purpose of generating subscribers. Throughout the information presented here, we are at all times referring to GSM phones, and not CDMA.

It is well known that the cellular industry as it is configured today, is nothing more than a cash cow for the MNOs. They sell you a phone for next to nothing when you sign a 3-year contract with them to pay a specific monthly fee. They then let you make calls if you are in their area of service to anywhere in that service area. Sometimes this will include long distance calls within your state/province, or even your country. BUT, if you travel outside of their service area and use your phone, you incur massive roaming charges and long distance charges. A recent government study found that the MNOs are making 700-800% profit on those charges. Even if you sign up with an international MVNO such as Virgin Mobile for example, your agreement is only valid with the Virgin operation in your own country. If you are a client of theirs in Canada and travel to the USA where they also operate, you derive no benefit whatsoever from that connection. You still get hit with the roaming and long distance charges.

Our solution to all of this is simple. We will be making this service available on a seamless global basis as a Mobile Virtual Network Operator. This may also include ISPs from all over the world to ensure that the network is truly global. So instead of numerous networks that don't talk to each other, we will have one network that covers the world.

Now consider our option. You don't need to buy a phone from us, you can use your phone anywhere in the world that we have a MVNO, you pay no roaming charges, and you can call to anywhere in the world from anywhere in the world without incurring long distance charges. Furthermore, when someone calls your cell phone number, it will ring and you can answer it, anywhere in the world. It's all covered by your one monthly fee, and nowhere will you find any hidden fees or conditions.

How can we do this? Simple. The technology is already in place, and has been for years. All we are doing is changing the rules of the game to make it user friendly. Our target market is business and government, not young people or casual users. What we will be looking for in 2012 is existing mobile network operators to join a consortium of like companies. To date we are finding strong interest from several major network operators, and look forward to other major players becoming involved as we grow. There will be no contracts for the subscribers to enter into, as our service will be Pay-as-you-Go.

There is no question at all that this configuration will work. We started a similar business in 1995, before we had broadband or wireless connections to the Internet, and the only Internet access was by using a telephone line to connect to your local ISP. We brought together ISPs in 108 countries who installed our free custom software on their servers, thereby giving our subscribers dialup access worldwide with a local call. By 1996 we were the largest dialup Internet connection in the world, in terms of access points. Now we are going to bring together as many of the major mobile network operators as we can, to own and operate this premium service.
